Gratitude for Clients.
Its freeing to know that being perfect is not the goal and that making mistakes is okay.
Client-centered care is powerful. Being heard makes all the difference.
One can achieve body acceptance no matter shape, size, weight, or physical challenges.
Having a space to talk about eating behaviors and food fears without being judged feels liberating.
It is possible to love food again.
I’m so grateful for the feedback that I’ve received from clients over the years and have learned so much through their eyes and voices:
Food and eating feels scary but with persistence and practice it gets easier.
